*Failure to follow rules will result in a $50 fee.

*Refunds are only made if there is an emergency

*Reschedules with less than a 24 hour notice will result in a $35 fee unless it's an emergency

* The Client Closet is STRICTLY off limits. Anything in the room with the brick is not available with the rental.

*The mirror in the dressing room is not to be moved. It is not a prop.

*Food and drinks are allowed, but please keep them away from the bed and linen and sweep away any crumbs and take trash with you to prevent critters.

*Please clean up after yourself and put props back into its place when finished. The studio should be left clean and tidy for the next booking, if next booker reports it was left untidy you will be charged a $50 fee.

*Pleas wipe down the stairs if you use them and shoe marks are left.

*If using glitter and confetti, please clean up after yourself. If glitter or confetti is found, a $50 cleaning fee is subject to be charge. The broom can be found behind the curtain near the client closet.

*If blankets or props are soiled, please place them in the brown wicker clothing basket in the dressing room and NOTIFY the studio owner so we can pick it up to clean it.

*No jumping on the bed. The studio is not liable for children jumping on the bed and getting injured.

*Studio owners may enter the studio at anytime

*No nails or screws are to be used in the walls, thumbtacks are fine, but remove them when you are done. 

*Love Them Wild Studio is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items

*If you damage an item you are subject to being charged for it

*If you find a damaged item, please notify the owner as soon as possible.

*If you need additional time and it is available, please let us know and we can try our best to accommodate. ​

*props are put back in their proper location​​

*floors are swept if you made a mess

* bed and chairs are put back in their original location
